Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

EASEFLOW Consultancy (“the Company”) provides advisory services relating to Singapore housing loans, including but not limited to loan assessment, loan comparison, refinancing/repricing recommendations, documentation assistance, interest rate monitoring, and communication with financial institutions. The Company is not a bank and does not provide any form of lending or financing.

2. Fees and Payment

Any applicable fees will be communicated to the Client in writing before services commence. If referral commissions are paid by partner banks, such commissions do not affect any fees payable by the Client. Payments must be made within the specified timeframe, failing which the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information, including income documents, asset/liability details, credit records, and property-related documents. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

4. Accuracy of Information & Third-Party Responsibility

All loan information, rates, calculations, or bank policies shared by the Company are based on publicly available data or information provided by financial institutions. As bank policies and interest rates may change at any time, the Company shall not be responsible for any delays, errors, or loan rejections caused by third parties such as banks.

5. Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgement

The Client acknowledges that all loan approvals, interest rates, loan amounts, and processing times are solely determined by the banks. The Company does not guarantee loan approval or approval at any particular rate. The Client assumes all risks relating to interest rate fluctuations, market conditions, and legal obligations.

6. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

The Client authorizes the Company to collect, use, and disclose personal data for the purpose of loan advisory, documentation assistance, and communication with financial institutions. The Company complies with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will not disclose personal data to unrelated third parties unless required by law or expressly authorized by the Client.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep all exchanged information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party unless written consent is provided or disclosure is required by law.

8. Termination of Services

The Company may terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms or fails to make required payments. The Client may terminate services through written notice; however, any fees paid are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business or profit losses arising from the use of loan recommendations. All calculations and projections are for reference only and do not constitute financial or legal advice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
